RWUS Team Completes MEAL Training

The Rural Women Upliftment Society (RWUS) team participated in a two-day training on Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) on February 19 and 20.

The training provided an opportunity for staff to reflect on ongoing programmes, assess their effectiveness, and strengthen approaches to measuring impact. Through interactive discussions and practical sessions, the team reinforced the importance of accountability, continuous learning, and ensuring that programmes effectively serve women and communities.

The training concluded with a renewed commitment to learning from experience and improving the quality and impact of RWUS initiatives.
